Un@gi Fre@k

Unagi (うなぎ) - A Japanese word for eels. Unagi is served widely in Japanese Cuisine. Unagi is quite high in protein, vitamin A, calcium, cholesterol and saturated fat.

Caution: Some eels like electric eels are capable of generating high electric shocks for defend and attack.

Moreover, other countries also serve eels very much.

Well! I have been to lots of places to try Unagi dishes. I guess you can find a scrumptious unagi dish in the most expensive Japanese restaurants. Some low-end Japanese restaurants serve Unagi with little or no care to Unagi. It's simple to prepare and to cook, but most of the time, it must be served right after having cooked. In some grocery stores, you could find Unagi in a frozen pack. Heat it with a bowl of rice and the dish is good to go. However, it usually sucks that way. So where is the best way and the best place to taste this fine delicate Unagi dish? Japan!!! Oh Yeah!!! An Unagi Journey to Japan (To be continued)
